Applications appear in your employer dashboard as they arrive.
The pipeline
Each application moves through: Submitted, Reviewed, Shortlisted, Interview, Offered, Hired or Rejected. Moving them is how you keep track when forty applications arrive in a week.
CVs
Open an application to read the CV in the browser. PDF, DOC and DOCX are accepted.
Messaging
Message an applicant from their application. It stays on the site and they are emailed that a message is waiting — their address is not exposed to you and yours is not exposed to them.
Saved candidates
Save someone good who is wrong for this role. They will be there for the next one.
Exporting
Export the list as CSV if you want to work through it in a spreadsheet.
