Applying for a job
How to apply and what happens afterwards.
Applying
- Open the vacancy and choose Apply.
- Enter your details and upload a CV — PDF is safest.
- Write a short covering note. Three or four sentences about why you want this job beats a page of general enthusiasm.
- Send it.
Some employers take applications by email or on their own site instead. The button will say so.
What happens next
The employer is notified immediately and you get a confirmation. They contact you directly if they want to take it further.
We cannot chase an employer for you. If you hear nothing after two weeks, it is reasonable to assume they have moved on.
Tracking your applications
Everything you have applied for is in your account.
Work permits
Check the permit and student fields before applying. If a vacancy says a permit is required and you do not hold one, applying will not change that.
