When the role is filled
Set it to Filled or Closed. Leaving a filled vacancy open wastes applicants' time and earns you a reputation for it.
Deadlines
A job past its deadline closes automatically overnight. Applying to a vacancy that closed in March wastes the applicant's effort, so the system does not let it happen.
Hiring for the same role again
Duplicate the old listing rather than writing a new one.
