Changing your profile and email

Name, photo and phone

Edit them in your profile. Changes save immediately.

Your phone number is used so we can reach you about your own listings and enquiries. It is not published.

Changing your email

Change it in settings. Because your email is how you sign in and how we reach you about anything important, changing it sends a six-digit code to the new address, which you enter to confirm. That is the one place a code is still required.

Newsletter

Opt in or out in settings. Turning it off stops marketing email but not messages about your own listings, applications and enquiries — those are not marketing and you cannot be opted out of them while you have active listings.
